A RESOLUTION OF SORROW AND CONDOLENCE UPON THE PASSING OF LAWRII~TCE B. MC MUNN
WHEREAS, Lawrence B. McMunn, a former Canton City Attorney, recently
departed this life; and,
WHEREAS, Lawrence B. McMunn had given a number of years of faithful
service to the City of Canton as its City Attorney; and,
WHEREAS, the Canton City Council desires to publically acknowledge the
services of Lawrence B. McMunn as a former City Attorney and to extend its
sorrow and condolence to Mr. Mc~4unn's widow, Lorene W. McMunn.
NOW, TfiEREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
Fulton County, Illinois, as follows:
1. That the Canton City Council hereby recognizes the many years of
faithful public service given by Lawrence B. McMunn to the City of Canton as
its City Attorney.
2. That the Canton City Council hereby publically acknowledges its
sorrow at the passing of Lawrence B. McMunn and hereby extends its condolence
to Mrs. McMunn.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward a
duplicate original of this Resolution to Mr. McMunn's widow.
4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and. effect immediately
upon its passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County,
Illinois, and approval by the Mayor thereof.

as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Kovachevi'ch, Zi'lly, Steck, Workman, Bohlen,
