A RESOLUTION MAKING THIRTY (30) DAY REAPPOINTMENTS FOR THE
VARIOUS DEPARTMENT HEADS, SUPERINTENDENTS, FULL-TIME APPOINTIVE
EMPLOYEES AND PART-TIME APPOINTIVE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY
OF CANTON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois has' determined that it is necessary, desirable
and to the best interests of the City of Canton to set specific
salaries for the various Department Heads, Superintendents,
full-time appointive employees and part-time appointive
employees of the City of Canton; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois has reviewed the proposed salaries for the
various Department Heads, Superintendents, full-time appointive
employees, and part-time employees of the City of Canton,
Illinois, and has determined to make thirty (30) day
reappointment through date of May 31, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the salaries for the various Department Heads,
Superintendents, full-time appointive employees and part-time
appointive employees of the City of Canton, Illinois, are
hereby re-established as set forth in Resolution #1072 dated
May 7, 1985, as set forth in Resolution #1148, dated March
19, 1986, and, with respect to David A. Leezer, as his verbal
appointment was approved by the Canton City Council, all
such reappointments to be limited to a thirty (30) day period
from date of May 1, 1986 through date of May 31, 1986.
2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon its passage. by the City Council of
the City of Canton, Illinois and approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this 6th day of May,
1986, upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Kovachevich, Zilly, Steck, Sarff, Workman,
May, Chapman.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Alderman Bohler.
