A RESOLUTION SETTING AND ESTABLISHING THE ANNUAL SALARY,
BENEFITS, AND EMOLUMENTS OF OFFICE FOR DAVID A. LEEZER
WHEREAS, David A. Leezer has previously been appointed
Director of Budgent and Administration/Community Development
Director, with effective date of March 10, 1986; and,
WHEREAS, such appointment has previously been approve.d.'.
by the Canton City Council; and,
WHEREAS, it yet remains to officially set and establish
the annual salary, benefits, and emoluments of office for
David A. Leezer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois, as follows:
1. That as partial consideration of his services as
Director of Budget and Administration/Community Development
Director, David A. Leezer .shall receive and be paid a gross
annual salary of $25,000.00..
2. That as further consideration of his services as
Director of Budget and Administration/Community Development
Director, David A. Leezer shall receive all insurance benefits,
IMRF benefits, and all other benefits and emoluments of office

normally and customarily appertaining to such office.
3. That this Resolution and the salary, benefits, and
emoluments of office herein provided shall be retroactive to
and effective as of the 10th day of March, 1986.
4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City
of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois, and approval by the Mayor
thereof .
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this 19th day of
March , 1986, upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Zilly, Steck, Sarff, Bohlen, May, Chapman.
NAYS: None,
ABSENT: Aldermen Kovachevich, L~lorkman,
