A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONEY FROM THE WATER &
SEWER OPERATING FUND TO THE SPECIAL SERVICE AREA FUND OF THE CITY
OF CANTON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois has determined that it is necessary to transfer
money from the Water & Sewer Operating Fund to the Special Service
Area Fund; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois, as follows:
1. That the sum of Seven Thousand nine hundred thirty-two
($7,932.00) be, and the same hereby is, transferred from the Water
& Sewer Operating Fund of the City of Canton, Illinois to the
Special Service Area Fund of said City, such a transfer being a
transfer from such Fund to the Special Service Area Fund of said
City.
2. That the City Treasurer and the City Clerk of the City of
Canton, Illinois be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed
to make the foregoing transfer.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois and approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton

roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Kovachevich, Zilly, Steck, Sarff, Meade, Bohler,
Play, Chapman.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: None.
