A RESOLIITION RESCINDING RESOLDTION NO. 2026
WHEREAS, the Canton City Council on date of march 16, 1988
passed Resolution No. 2026 which, among other things, declared
International Plastic Recycling, Inc. to be in default in the
premises of certain agreements with the City; and,
WHEREAS, subsequent to that date, on or about March 22, 1988,
International Plastic Recycling, Inc. has made certain written
representations to the City of Canton which make it appear that it
is in the City's best interest to rescind Resolution No. 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the foregoing recitals are hereby found to be fact.
2. That Resolution No. 2026 be, and the same hereby is,
rescinded in its entirety with the same force and effect as though
Resolution No. 2026 had never been passed or approved.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois and approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a special meeting this 29th day of March, 1988
upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Chapman, A~ay, Bohler, n~Ieade, Sarff, Steck, Zilly.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Alderman Kovachevich.
