A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION OR RESUBDIVISION PLAT OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED ON NO~tTH MAIN STR~', CANTON, ILLINOIS (PAR THREE
DEVE[APMEN'P
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has approved a
subdivision or resubdivision plat, Exhibit A to this Resolution;
and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to local ordinance and State statute the
same is now presented to the Canton City Council for its final
action.
NOW, TFRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OOUNCIL OF TAE
CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the subdivision or resubdivision plat attached and
identified as Exhibit A is herein fully incorporated by reference.
2. That the Canton City Council finds the foregoing
recitals to be fact.
3. That the subdivision or resubdivision plat, Exhibit A to
this Resolution, is hereby specifically approved by the Canton
City Council.
4. That the Mayor, City Clerk, City Engineer and all other
City officers are, as appropriate, hereby authorized and directed
to execute and approve the original of said plat as and for the
act of and evidence of approval of said plat by the City of
Canton.
5. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois, and approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a Special meeting this 15th day of November,
1989, upon a roll call vote as follows:

May.
