t~+~, TfI01tE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF C11NT~ON, Fulton
County, Illinois as folloe~s:
1. That the Canton City Council hereby finc~ts the foregoinct
recitals to be fact.
2. ~h'hat the City of Canton hereby a~~rees to purchas~a the
former 3urlington Northern Railroad Station from said railroad by
dill of Sale for the sura of r1 .00.
3. That the T~iayor, City Clerlc, City Treasurer, and all City
Staff are hereby aut~iorized anca instructed to ta,,e such other and
further action in the premises as ma~,~ seem appropriate to
consumate said sale-purchase.
~. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
irnmediately upon its passage '~,; City Council of tale City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois and approval '~y the Liayor thereof.
