A RffiO1~TPIa[d RS.SCII~DING RESOLUTION NO. 2057
Wf, Canton City Council, on or about May 2, 1989,
passed Resolution No. 2057 approving an agreement between the City
of Canton and Barton L. and Mary L. Brown and directing the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute and deliver said Agreement on behalf of
the City of Canton; and,
WHEREAS, the Buyer in said Agreement has failed or refused
to execute the same; and,
WHE[tEAS, the Canton City Council has determined that it is
necessary and in the best interest of the City of Canton to
rescind Resolution No. 2057.
NOW, THERE[~ORS, BE IT RESOLVID BY THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE
CITY ~' CANNON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the foregoing recitals are hereby found to be fact.
2. That Resolution No. 2057 passed and approved on or about
May 2, 1989, is hereby rescinded with the same legal force and
effect as though Resolution No. 2057 had never been passed or
approved.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois and approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this 20th day of
June , 1989, upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Kovachevich, Zilly, Steck, Sarff, Meade,
May, Chapman.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Alderman Bohler,

If the material purchase or vendor purchase exceed this
limitation then motor fuel tax funds will not be allowed for
the purchases over the 5,000.00 limitation.
