RESOLUTION NO. 2058
A RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON
FOR THE CRAP APPLICATION FOR RADON HOME PRODUCTS, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Canton is applying to the State of
Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs for a
Community Development Assistance Program grant; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an application be made and
agreements entered into with the State of Illinois.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the City of Canton apply for a grant under the terms
and conditions of the State of Illinois and shall enter into and
agree to the understandings and assurances contained in said
application.
