A RffiOLDTIOH CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF CLARg WILSON TO THE
POSITION OF ASSISTANT SIIPERINTENDAHT, WASTEWATER
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Canton has appointed Clark
Wilson to the position of Assistant Superintendant, Wastewater;
and,
WHEREAS, it is incumbent upon the City Council to give its
advice and consent to such appointment and, further, to fix the
salary and emoluments of office for the fiscal year.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIINCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the Canton City Council hereby finds the foregoing
recitals to be fact.
2. That the Mayoral appointment of Clark Wilson to the
position of Assistant Superintendant, Wastewater with the City of
Canton is hereby approved.
3. That said appointee commencing May 16, 1990 shall be
paid an annual salary of $22,500.00, together with all other
emoluments and entitlements which normally and customarily attend
such position.
4. That this appointment is for a one year period of time.
5. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois and approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at its regular meeting this 15th day of May,
1990, upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES• Aldermen Fuller, Steck, Sarff, Bohler, May,
• Chapman.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT• A~hderman Meade.
