RESOLUTION N0. ~_
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENTS OF CERTAIN FULL-TIME
APPOINTIVE EMPLOYEES AND OF CERTAIN PART-TIME APPOINTIVE EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Canton has appointed
certain full-time appointive employees and certain part-time
appointive employees as set forth on the attached list, Exhibit A
to this Resolution; and,
WHEREAS, it is incumbent upon the City Council to give its
advice and consent to such appointments and, further, to fix the
salary and emoluments thereof for the fiscal year.
NOT~T, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the Canton City Council hereby finds the foregoing
recitals to be fact.
2. That the Mayoral appointments of certain full-time
appointive employees and of certain part-time appointive employees
as set forth in Exhibit A are hereby approved.
3. That said appointees, for the current fiscal year, shall
be paid the salary or hourly rate as set forth in Exhibit A,
together with all other emoluments and
entitlements which normally and customarily attend such position.
L,.. That these appointments are each fora one year period
of time.
5. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage and shall be retroactive to and
including date of May 1, 1990•
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at its regular meeting this 1st day of May, 1990,
upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Kovachevich, Zilly, Steck, Sarff, Meade,
Bohlen, May, Chapman.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: None.
