2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of twenty seven thousand two hundred eighty five& 57/100
_ Dollars(_$27,285.57 )forthe improvement of
said section from the Local Public Agency's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
BE IT.FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Clerk is hereby directed.to transmit four(4)certified originals of this resolution to the district office
of the Department of Transportation.

Dear Ms. Pavley-Rock:
The supplemental Resolution for Improvement Under the Illinois Highway Code
(BLR 09110) adopted by the City Council of the City of Canton on November 19,
2019, appropriating $27,285.57 of MFT funds for this section was approved
December 9, 2019.
With the additional funds appropriated above, a total of$33,208.75 of MFT funds
has been appropriated for this improvement.
This resolution provides for the improvement of IL 9/I1L 78 intersection.
