said section from the Local Public Agency's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit four(4)certified originals of this resolution to the district office
of the.Department of Transportation.

adopted by the City Council of Canton on August 6, 2019, appropriating
$5,923.18 of MFT funds for this section was approved September 24, 2019.
This resolution provides for the improvement of IL 9 & IL 78 intersection.
