~~f~~'-A~, the Legal and Ordinance Co~nittee of tfle Canton
City Council has determined that it is necessary to place a stop
sign at the Sout11~•~est corner of the intersection o~f Fulton Place
and Ewenue P stoj~ping eastbound traffic on Fulton Place at Avenue
I3 in the City of Canton, Illinois° and,
~~-AG, the City Council of the City of Canton, I'ulton
County, Illinois has zade a similar cc~termination.

CITY OF CAN'T'ON, =,ulton County, Illinois as follo~-~s:
1. `l'hat a stop sign shall be placed at the Sout~r,,~est corner
of the intersection of .,ulton Place and Avenue ;j, stoppin
eastbound traffic on Fulton Place at Avenue 3 in the City of
Canton, Illinois. And, that every rariver of ~ .notor vehicle
approaching said intersection from the ?"ast shall bring the
vehicle under his control to a com;~lete stogy before entering said
intersection and shall only then proceec;=hen a safe interval
occurs in traffic.
2. That the Street Supvrintencont shall post an at~propriate
sign inforrzing the ~~:ublic of this Ordinance.
3. 'T'hat any person ~;°ho violates t'iis Ordinance shall, upon
conviction, '~e subject to ~ fine of ;.got less than `i';~~enty-'ive
(:"G25. ~~0) nor more than 'i'~~o Flundrecl ~allars (~200.0~:~) for each such
offense.
