In attendance: Mayor Kent McDowell,Commissioner Doug Manock, City Clerk Diana Pavley Rock,
Morey Denny(Owner for Country Line LLC),Attorney Ron Weber(Attorney for Country Line LLC)
Mayor McDowell called the meeting to order at 4:02pm
DISCUSS, CONSIDER AND VOTE ON A CLASS A TAVERN LICENSE FOR DENNEY M_ OREY, DBA
COUNTRY LINE
Mayor McDowell said he and Commissioner Manock reviewed the application submitted by
Country Line. The bond submitted needs to have the address of the business changed to reflect
the actual address of the business.
The background check was completed and was approved.
Motion and second were made by Commissioner Manock/McDowell to approve the Class A
Tavern license for Country Line.
The motion carried by voice vote and was unanimous.
