AN ORDINANCE ANF7~DING TITLE 8, CHAPTER 10, SECTION 8-10-5(H) OF
THE CANTON MW I C I PAL OOOE
VYI-ERE.AS, the Lega I and Ordinance Corrmi ttee of the Canton City
Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City
of Canton to amend Title 8, Chapter 10, Section 8-10-5(H) of the
Canton Municipal Code; and,
W-EFTS, the Canton City OOuncil has made a similar
determination.

CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois, as follows:
1. That the Canton City Council hereby finds the foregoing
recitals to be fact.
2. That Title 8, Chapter 10, .Section 8-10-5(H) of the Canton
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(H) Outside City Limits. Debt service charges for
sewer service outside City limits shall be two hundred
percent (200"/0) of the debt service portion of the sewer
rate inside City limits."
3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect (10)
days after its passage by the City Council of the City of Canton,
Fulton County, Illinois, approval by the Mayor thereof, and
publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois, at a regular meeting this 17th day of
July 1990, upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Chapman, May, Meade, Sarff, Fuller, Kovachevich.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Aldermen Bohler, Steck.
