FOR TI-E PUFZP~O6ES OF A SANITARY SEWER, LOCATED I N V I LLAC~ SQUARE
ADDITION TO ll-E CITY OF CANTON, ILLINDIS.
W-~RFAS, Robert Monge is desirous of providing the City of
Canton with an easement in Village Square Addition, Park East
Section 2A for the purpose of a sanitary sewer; and,
W-EREAS, the Canton City Council has determined that it is
necessary and in the best interest of the City of Canton to
approve and accept an easement from Robert Monge for the purpose
of a sanitary sewer in Park East Section 2A in Village Square
Addition, hereto attached and herein incorporated as Exhibit "A".
NOW, TI-EREFORE , BE I T RE90LVED BY Tt-E C I TY OOIaVC 1 L OF TI-E
CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the easement for the sanitary sewer hereto attached
as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved and accepted.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to have the
attached plat outlining the location of the easement filed in the
office of land records of the County of Fulton, State of Illinois.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this 1st day of September
1992, upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldern~en May, Chad, Meade, Bohlen, Steck~ Sarff, Caay, Molleck,
NAYS: None.
