A RESOLIITION AMENDING RESOLIITION N0. 3106 APPROVING SPECIFIC
SALARIES FOR THE VARIOIIS DEPARTMENT READS, SIIPERINTENDENTS,
FIILL-TIME APPOINTIVE EMPLOYEES AND PART-TIME APPOINTIVE EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF CANTON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois
has determined that it is necessary, desirable and to -the best
interests of the City of Canton to set specific salaries for the
various Department Heads, Superintendents, full-time appointive
employees and part-time appointive employees of the City of
Canton; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois
has reviewed the proposed salary for said full-time appointive
employee, Kayma Duncan, of the City of Canton, and that said
Resolution be amended to read as follows:
Kayma Duncan Public Works Secretary/
Community Dev. Secretary $18,267.60
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the salary of said full-time appointive employee,
Kayma Duncan, be set at $18,267.60.
2. That said salary be, and the same hereby is, retroactive
to May 1, 1992. Further, that said salaries are in addition to
other emoluments and entitlements normally and customarily
extended to such employee.
2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois and approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois
and APPROVED by the Mayor thereof this 7th day of July, 1992•
AYES: Aldermen May, Chapman., Meade, SEeck, Sarff, Coay, Nblleck.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Alderman Bohler.
