A RESOLIITION PROVISIONALLY ACCEPTING DEDICATION
WHEREAS, the owners of the former K-Mart property in the
1600 block of East Chestnut Street have agreed to dedicate the
roadway which is now known as 16th Avenue and all utilities
therein; and,
WHEREAS, there has been some delay in obtaining the approval
of the mortgage lender but otherwise said dedication is proceeding
normally.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Canton
provisionally accepts the dedication with the proviso that the
same be examined and approved by the attorneys for the City before
said dedication be recorded.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this 5th day of October,
1993.
AYES: Aldermen Chapman, May, Bohler, Sarff, Phillips, Molleck,
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Aldermen Meade, Coay.
