A RESOLIITION AMENDING RESOLIITION N0. 3028 BY ADDING THERETO THE
FOLLOWING POLICE DEPARTMENT WAGE AND LONGEVITY 3CHEDIILE FOR
CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the Legal and Ordinance Committee of the Canton
City Council has determined that it is necessary and in the best
interest of the City of Canton to approve said Police Department
Wage and Longevity Schedule - Civilian Employees, hereto attached;
and,
WHEREAS, the Canton City Council has made a similar
determination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIINCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That said Agreement which was approved by Resolution No.
3028 be amended by adding thereto the attached Police Department
Wage and Longevity Schedule - Civilian Employees, hereto attached
as Exhibit "A"; and,
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute and deliver said Agreement on behalf of the
City of Canton, Illinois.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon ita passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this 20th day of July, 1993,
upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Coay, Molleck, Phillips, Sarff, Meade, Bohler, May,
Chapman, .
NAYS: None,
ABSENT: None.
