W-E~'ZEAS, the Lega I and Ordinance Corrmi ttee of the Canton
City Council has determined that it is necessary and in the best
interest of the City of Canton to release the City Council
executive session minutes so they may be made a part of public
record.
W-FJ~EAS, the Canton City Council has made a similar
determination.

1. That the following executive session minutes of the
Canton City Council from July 16, 1985 through May 19, 1992 but
not including September 19, 1989; August 21, 1990; March 5, 1991;
October 1, 1991; January 21, 1992; February 18 1992; March 3,
1992; or April 7, 1992, are hereby released and made a part of the
city's public record.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make the
above referenced executive session minutes available to the public
for inspection and/or review.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
irrrr~ediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois.
PASSm by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this 18th day of May 1993,
upon a roll call vote as follows:
