RE SOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON:
That the Mayor, City Clerk, Treasurer and Chairman
of the Finance Committee be and they are hereby authorized
and dirrected to execute and issue to U. G. Orendorff or
to the payee named by him two tax anticipation warrants
in the principal sum of $5 ,000. each against the tax levy
of the City of Cantonfor the fiscal year 1935-1936, and
in full payment of two tax anticipation warrants in the
sum of $5 ,000 each heretofore issued to the said U. G.
Orendthrff and against the tax levy of said City for the
fiscal year 1934-1935. Said tax anticipation warrants
to be surrendered and cancelled.
PASSED BY MEE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS
