WHEREl , the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County,
Illinois, is desirous of issuing bonds for the payment of miscell-
aneous claims, in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois
in that behalf, made and provided; And Whereas, said City Council,
has examined and considered the claims hereinafter listed:
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILLINOIS:
That the claims hereinafter listed have been examined and considered
by this body; that said claims and each of them as hereinafter set forth
are claims existing against said City at the date hereof; that said claims
and each of them were at the time of the contracting of name duly author-
ized by said City and have been properly allowed by said City Council
as just and legal claims against said City; that each and every of said
claims was contracted for a propero orporate purpose;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT SAID CLAIMS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
