BO , I. OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS TO FILE AN APPLI-
CATION TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THROUGH
THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY ADMINISTRATION OF PUBLIC
WORKS FOR A GRANT TO AID IN FINANCING THE CON-
STRUCTION OF CONCRETE PAVEMENT ON VARIOUS
STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE CITY OF CANTON AND
DESIGNATING L. B. KINSEYENGINEER AND EZRA .
CLARK ATTORNEY TO FURNISH SUCH INFORMATION
AS THE GOVERNMENT MAY REQUEST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS OF THE CITY
OF CANTON, ILLINOIS
SECTION 1. That the President of this Board, be and he is
authorized to execute and file an application on behalf of The City
of Canton, Illinois to the United States of America for a grant to
aid in financing the construction of concrete pavement on various
streets and avenues in the City of Canton.
SECTION 2. That L. B. Kinsey, Engineer and Ezra Clark,
Attorney, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to furnish
such information as the United States of America through the Federal
Emergency Administration of Public Works may reasonably request in
connection with the application which is herein authorized to be filed.

with the original of such resolution on file in my office and the same
is a true and correct copy of such resolution which was regularly
adopted atmeeting of the Board of Local Improvements, duly held on
