It is hereby resolved by the City Council of Inc City of Canton, Illinois;
that the builoinc, at 173 North Main Street, in the City of Canton,
Iliinois; legally described as foilo.,s:
Lot #95 Original Town in our City of Canton, Illinois, described as
follows: Commencing at the north—west corner of the aid lot #95, thence south
51 feet three inches; thence east one hundred fourteen feet (1141); thence north
fifty one feet three inches (5113") to the south side of :test Locust St_ -Tet;
thence .":est one hundred fourteen feet (1141) to the place of beginning;
is a menace to the safety o ' the ci izens o ' the City of Canton, Illinois; and
said building is therefore hereby ueolsred to be a nuisance.
