i B IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Canton,
Illinois :
That a Wax Anticipation Warrant of said city of Canton,
Illinois executed by the Mayor, kity Clerk, City Treasurer, and Chair-
man of .einance Committee be issued against the tax levy of said City
for the fiscal year of said City, being from May 5, 1942 to May 4,1943,
in the principal sum of 010,000.00 . Said warrant to be numbered in its
consecutive order of issuance to bear interest at rate of 5% per annum,
and said warrant shall be issued to the .National Bank of Canton, and be
sold , transferred , and delivered to said Bank upon payment of principal
and accrued interest .
PASSED by the City Council of said City of Canton, Illinois ,
and approved by the Mayor this 20 day of October A. D. 1942.
