BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Canton,
Illinois:
That a Tax Anticipation Warrant of said City of Canton,
Illinois executed by the Mayor, City Clerk, City Treasurer, and
Chairman of Finance Committee be issued against the tax levy of said
City for the fiscal year of said City, being from May 1, 1941 to
May 1, 1942, in the principal sum of $5,000.00. Said warrant to
be numbered in its consecutive order of issuance, namely, Warrant
No. 5, to bear interest at rate of 5% per annum, and said,warrant
shall be issued to the\National Bank of Canton, and be sold, trans-
ferred, and delivered to said Bank upon payment of principal and
accrued interest.
PASSED by the City Council of said City of Canton, Illinois
and approved by the Mayor this r day of March A. D. 1942.
