BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Canton,
Illinois:
That a Tax Anticipation Warrant of said City of Canton, Illinois
executed by the Mayor, City Clerk, City Treasurer, and Chairman of Finance
Committee be issued against the tax levy of said City for the fiscal year
of said City, beginning the first Tuesaay in May A. D. 1942 and ending
the first Tuesday in May A. D. 1943, in the )rincioal sum of 110,000.00.
Said warrant to be numbered in its consecutive order of issuance, namely,
Warrant No. 1, to bear interest at the rate of 5% ;)er annum, and said
warrant shall be issued to the National Bank of Canton, and be sold, trans-
ferred. and delivered to said Bank upon payment of principal and accrued
interest.
PASSED by the City Council of said City of Canton, Illinois and
approved by the Mayor this 29th day of June A. D. 1942.
