Illinois, as follows:
That the Canton Sewerage !mprovenent consisting of
Intercepting Sewers, a Sewage Treatment Plant, and various Sewer
Mains and Laterals, Which has been given final inspection by
the Consulting Engineers and found to have been completed
substantially in accordance with the plans and specifications,
is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the
City of Canton, Illinois.

and Laterals, has been given final inspection by

and recommend that a resolution of final acceptance
of said Sewerage improvement be adopted by the
City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois.
