BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS,
that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to file with
the State of Illinois by and through the Department of Public Works and
Buildings, Division of Waterways, an application for a permit to empty
effluent from the Sewerage Treatment Plant of the City, which is now under
construction, into Big Creek; and he is h:=reby authorized to fulfill such
conditions as may be neceary to obtain the said permit.
Passed by the City Council and Approved by the Mayor this 21st day
of February, A. D. 1939.
