1N-EREAS, the Legal and Ordinance Committee of the City of
Canton has determined that it is necessary and in the best
interest of the City of Canton to release the City Council
executive session minutes so they may be made a part of public
record; and,
W-fEREAS, the Canton City Council has made a similar
determination.

CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the following executive session minutes of the
Canton City Council from May 19, 1992 through November 2, 1993 but
not including June 2, 1992; June 16, 1992; September 1, 1992;
January 19, 1993; August 17, 1993; September 7, 1993; September
21, 1993; or October 21, 1993, are hereby released and made a part
of the city's public record.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make the
above referenced executive session minutes available to the public
for inspection and/or review.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this 15th day of February,
1994, upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES• ~~ Bohler, Meade, Sarff, Phillips, N1Qlleck, Coay.
NAYS: Aldermen Chapman, May.
ABSENT : None .
