chat the Lease entered into by said City of Canton and
Harry L. aebree, and approved by the city Council at its meeting,
march 2, 1943 , covering parcels No . 4 & 6, shown on the heservoir
and Land use map, be cancelled and that a new Lease be drawn
between the city and harry L. Sebree , covering parcel #6, and that
a new lease be drawn between the City and Tony karinich covering
parcel #4,
