BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS:
That the sum of $6, 000, or so much thereof as shall be necessary, out
of the special tax levied for fire protection purposes , be used for
the purpose of paying the salaries of members of the Fire Department
during the fiscal year ending the first Tuesday in May, 1944.
