ME IT xi:SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON , ILLSNOIS :
That a Tax Anticipation warrant of said City of canton, lllinoiq
executed by the mayor) City Clerk, City Treasurer and chairman of
the Finance Committee be issued against the tax levy of said city for
general corporate purposes for the fiscal year of s aid city beginning
on the first Tuesday in May, A. D. 1944 and ending on the first Tuesdr
in gay, A. D. 1945, in the principal sum of Ten Thousand Dollars.
Said warrant shall be nembered in its consecutive order of
issuance, namely, Warrant Number 2, and shall bear interest at the
rate of 3% per annum, and shall be issued to the ,u►ational .Hank of
canton, Illinois, and be sold , transferred and delivered tosaid
Bank upon payment of the principal and accr ed interest.
