RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVLND BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS:
'that a Tax Anticipation Warrant of said City of Canton, Illinois,
executed by the Mayor, City Cie* , City Treasurer and Chairman of
the Finance committee be issued against the tax levy of said city
for general corporate purposes for the fiscal year of said city be-
ginning on the first Tuesday in May, A. D. 1945 and ending on the
first L'uesday in May. A. D. 1946, in the principal sum of Ten Thousand
Dollars.
Said Warrant shall be numbered in its consecutive order of issuance,
namely Warrant bo. 2, and shall bear interest at the rate of 3$ per
annum, and shall be issued to the .National Bank of Canton, Illinois,
and. be sold , transferred and delivered to said bank upon payment of the
principal and accrued interest .
