Vlf}fJ~AS, the Canton City Council passed Resolution No. 3206
on December 21, 1993, entitled "A Resolution to Establish and to
Include Compensation Paid Under an Internal Revenue Code Section
125 Plan as INRF Earnings"; and,
W-E,.RE.AS, the Negotiations, Grievance and Personnel
Committee has determined that it is necessary and in the best
interest of the City of Canton to amend Resolution No. 3206 to
include those persons under the jurisdiction of the Fire Pension
Board and the Police Pension Board; and,
W-EREAS, the Canton City Council has made a similar
determination.

CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the City of Canton shall amend Resolution No. 3206
to Include those persons under the jurisdiction of the Fire
Pension Board and the Police Pension Board.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
file a duly certified copy of this resolution with the Fire
Pension Board and the Police Pension Board.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this 18th day of January
1994, upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Chapman, May, Bohler, Meade, Phillips, Molleck, Coay.
NAYS: None.
