BE IT RESOLVED uy the mayor and City Council
of the City of Canton , Illinois, that the Central
Illinois Public Service Company be and hereby is requested to fur-
nish the City of Canton , Illinois, until further
notice from the City of Canton , the following
service: 12 - 250 candlepower overhead, dusk to dawn burning* lane at the rate of
$25.00 per lamp per year at the following locations: 6th Ave. & Lewis Street; 7th
Ave, & Hanlon Street; 8th Ave. between Ash Street & Ol,ive Street; 9th Ave. between
Ash Street& Olive Street; 6th Ave. between Ash Street & Olive Street; East Chestnut
Street, between 8th & 9th Ave..; 10th Ave. & Olive Street; Thompson Court & Olive
Street; lith Ave. & Locust Street; Custer Place & 9th Ave.; Howard Pie & 2nd Ave.;
Howard Place & 4th Ave.
The additional service hereinabove referred to is requested
pursuant to the provisions of that certain written agreement hereto-
fore
entered into between said Company and Municipality under date
of June 2 , 19 42.
