RESOLUTION• NO. 129 .
WHEREAS, because certain Right of Ways
were purchased from the Road and Bridge Fund of the City of
of Canton, Illinois, there is a deficiency in said Road and
Bridge Fund, and,
WHEREAS, there is a surplus in the Parking
keter Fund
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS: '
That the City Treasurer be and he is hereby
directed to transfer the sum of $4, 600.00 from the Parking Meter
Fund of said City of Canton, Illinois, to r.
the Road and Bridge Fund of said City.
Passied by the City Council and approved
