BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMM OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS:
That a Tax Anticipation Warrant of said City
of Canton, Illinois, executed by the Mayor, City Clerk, City
Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee be issued against
the tax levy ^f said City for Garbage Disposal Purposes f>r the
fiscal year of said City beginning on the first Tuesday in May
A. D. 1947 and ending on the first Tuesday in May A. D. 1948,
in the principal sum of $2,00000.
Said Warrant shall be numbered in its
consecutive order of issuance, namely Warrant No. 1, and shall
bear interest at the rate of 3% per annum, and shall be issued
to The National Bank of Canton, Canton, Illinois, and be sold,
transferred and delivered by said Bank upon the payment of the
principal and accrued interest.
Passed by the City Coun®t1 and approved by
