BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS:
That a Tax Anticipation Warrant of said City
of Canton, Illinois, executed by the Mayor, City Clerk, City Treasurer
and Chairman of the Finance Committee be issued against the tax
levy of said City for the Cemetery Fund of the General Fund for the
fiscal year of said City beginning on the first Tuesday in May
A. D. 1947 and ending on the first Tuesday in May A. D. 1948, in
the principal sum of ,500.00.
Said Warrant shall be numbered in its consecutive
order of issuance, namely Warrant No. 1, and shall bear interest at
the rate of 3% per annum, and shall be issued to The National Bank
of Canton, Canton, Illinois, and be sold, transferred and delivered
by said Bank upon the payment of the principal and accrued interest.

Mayor this b day of A. D. 1948.
