BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Cry
CANTON, ILLINOIS:
That a Tax Anticipation Warrant of said City of said
City of Canton, Illinois, executed by the payor, City Clek
City Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee be issued
against the tax levy of said City for Garbage Disposal Purposes
for the fiscal year of said City beginning the first Tuesday in
Lay A. D. 1947 and ending on the first Tuesday in May A. D. 1948,
in the principal sum of 42,000 .00.
Said Warrant shall be numbered in its consecutive order of
issuance, namely, Warrant No . 2, and shall bear interest at the
rate of 3% per annum, and shall be issued to The National Bank
of Canton, Canton, Illinois, and be sold, transferred and deliv-
ered by said Bank upon the payment of the principal and accrued
interest.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this
day of hay A. D. 1948.
