RESOLUTION NO. 148 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CANTON, ILLINOIS:
That a Tax Anticipation Warrant of said City of Canton,
Illinois, executed by the Mayor, City Clerk, City Treasurer and
the Chairman of the Committee on Finance be issued against the tax
levy for the Cemetery Fund of the General Fund of said City for the
fiscal year of said City from May 3, 1945 to May 2, 1949, in the
principal sum of $1500.00. Said !arrant to be numbered in its
consecutive order of issuance, namely Warrant No. 1, to bear inter-
est at the rate of 3% per annum, and said Warrant shall be issued to
The National Bank of Canton, Canton, Illinois, and be sold, transfer-
red and delivered to said Hank upon payment of the principal and
accrued interest.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor
