RESOLUTION. $f /5
Whereas, certain sections of Chestnut Street in the City
of Canton have been heretofore designated as through streets and
whereas this fact is not always commonly known and recognized by the
users of the street system in the City of Canton, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED That stop signs shall be purchased and erected
at the following places along said Chestnut Street where crossed by
side streets:
1. That stop signs shall be erected on the intersection of
Avenue B and West Chestnut Street.
2. That stop signs shall be erected at the intersection of
Second Avenue and East Chestnut Street.
3. That stop signs shall be erected at the intersection of
Third Avenue and East Chestnut Street.
l4.. That stop signs shall be erected at all four corners of
the intersection of First Avenue and East Chestnut Street, which will
hereafter make said intersection a four-way stop, said intersection now
being a three-way stop.
