RESOLUTION
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILLINOIS, That the following described property, to-wits Lot #56, Prospect
Heights Addition to the City of Canton, which property belongs to the said
City through a delinquent tax sale, be sold to Tony Cebuhar in consideration
of his paying all delinquent taxes and back interest thereon.
Further be it resolved that pursuant to Chapter One, Article One,
Section 13 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Canton, Illinois, a deed
be signed by the Mayor quit-claiming the said property to the said purchaser.
