RESOLUTION
WRERTJ S, in the non-nn.l_ course of events there i.s an inadecuate
amount of funds in the "C TEAL FUND" of the City of Canton, a Municinal
Corporation of the State of Illinois, to cover current opera.ti_ng expenses;,
and,
1H12;PEAS, there is a larme surplus in the "PAaRKING METER FtJITD" of
the said J.Junici.nal Corporation;
NOU, THE!;REFO ?E, be it bereb'r resolved that the duly appointed
Treasurer of said Municinal Corporation he directed to transfer immediately
the sum of Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars 08,500.00) from said Parking
Meter Fund to said General_ Fund.
Further, that said sum of V3,500.00 be paid back and refunded to the
said Parking Meter Fund at such time as the City Council shall deem it advisable
to remove it from the General Fund.

RESOLUTION

amount of funds in the "STREET AT'?D ALLEY FUND" of the City of Canton, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Illinois, to cover current operating
expenses; and,
AREAS, there is a l are surplus in the "PARKING MITER FI ?D" of
the said Municipal Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved that the duly appointed
Treasurer of said Municipal Cornoration be directed to transfer immediately
the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars 01,500.00) from said Parking
Meter Fund to said Street and Alley Fund. (Road & Bridge)
Further, that said sum of 11,500.00 be paid back and refunded to the
said Parking Meter Fund at such tine as the City Council shall deem it
advisable to remove it from the Street and Alley Fund. (Road & Bridge)
