HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 02-05-1592 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois, that the Central Illinois Public Service Company be and hereby requested and directed to move the location of one ( 1) 250 candlepower, dusk to dawn burning lamp on a pole approxi- mately one hundred twenty five ( 125) feet east of the location of the present light on West Maple Street, where Prospect Court enters said street as aforesaid, moving said lamp to the next post east of its present location, approximately a distance of one hundred twenty five ( 125) feet, and to be located on a post at or near the west corner of the High School Athletic Field, and also near the northeast corner of the property known and described as 346 West Maple Street, Canton, Illinois, and that you continue to furnish service therefore to the City of Canton, Illinois, until further notice and to charge for said service, the amount as provided by said written agreement heretofore entered into between the Company and the municipality under the date of July 20, 1948.
