BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That the Police Department of the City of Canton, ,
Illinois, shall consist of one Chief of Police, two police ser-
geants, seven patrolmen, and ten auxiliary policemen.
Section 2. That the Fire Department of said City of Canton,
Illinois, shall consist of one Fire Marshall, one Assistant Fire
Marshall, two Captains, and five firemen.
Section 3. That a copy of this Resolution shall be sent to
the Fire and Police Commission of said City.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this
ind JO' Day of Febr.nary, A. D. 1955.
