BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILLINOIS:
That any person or persons who shall receive a polio
ticket for violation of the ordinances of the City of Canton,
Illinois, regarding overnight parking and who shall report to
the Polies Department of said City within 24 hours after receiv.

ing said pollee ticket may pay the amount of the find to the
pollee department. The Chief of Police shall keep a record of
these fines and shall promptly pay the same over to the proper
City officials.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayer this
