BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF CINTON, ILLINOIS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Canton,
Illinois, be and they are hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the said City a Dedication granting and conveying
to the County of Fulton and State of Illinois, a right of
way over the following described real estate:
In general the land in question may be described as being
a part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 7 Nath,
Range 5 East of the 4th Principal Meridian, more particularly
described as follows:
From a stone at the center of Section 30, Township and
Range aforesaid, running thence East 668.0 feet to the point
of beginning.
From the point of beginning, running thence North 68012'
East 107.9 feet; thence East 9L2.1 feet; thence North 7505&l
East 206.1 feet; thence East 787.0 feet; thence South 90.0
feet; thence West 2008.6 feet to the point of beginning,
situated in County of Fulton and State of Illinois.
The area, exclusive of that portion now used as a public
highway, containing 0.94 acres, more or less.
Passed by the City(buncii and approved by the Mayor this
19th day of July A. D. 1955.
