Meeting was called to order by Chairman City Attorney Curtis Lane at 5:32 PM Members present were
Ald. R. Mayhew,Jeff Strode, Kevin Rhodes and Mayor K. McDowell.
Mayor McDowell briefly discussed the conversation he and SPRED Director Missy Towery had with the
applicant Arthur Williams on or about July 12, 2018.
Chair C. Lane, R. Mayhew, K. Rhodes and J. Strode all had concerns the Application did not fit the
required criteria.
R. Mayhew made a motion to reject the application, seconded by J. Strode, the application was
unanimously vote to reject.
Meeting adjourned 5:40 PM August 7, 2018.
